About Us
Inspired by recent trends and timeless styles, our scarves are the perfect accessory to any girl’s gameday fix. All scarves are made of 100% silk and are guaranteed to last through your craziest, or laziest, of Saturdays. They are wearable by fans of all ages; from the current student to the honorable alumnus, and even look great as art on a wall.
Founded and designed in Texas, it’s only fitting that our founding collection was for The University of Texas. Our designs are created with gameday in mind, merging elements of Texan roots and tradition. You’ll find everything from boots and spurs to bouquets of our favorite wildflowers. All elements are hand illustrated and every design is original, making our scarves the ultimate labor of love.
Saturday Silks is a proud product of 2020 quarantine dreams. Though we started as a fun idea between mom, daughter, and aunt, we have plans of expansion - in products and universities - so be sure to follow along to see what comes next!

Our Founders
Â

Olivia Brady
Design & Marketing | Wholesale Manager
Olivia is a 2020 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated with degrees in Advertising and Business, but has always had a love for graphic design and really anything creative.
A lot goes into the making of our scarves, and Olivia is the artist behind it. She hand illustrates each element and arranges them into show stopping designs. Her graphic design skills extend past our products, too, and into our packaging, website, and social media. Olivia is also the liaison for all our B2B retail partners throughout the country and coordinates the sale, packaging, and fulfillment of all orders.Â
When Olivia isn't designing our newest scarf, she does freelance graphic design and currently works as a web designer and creative strategist for a Houston marketing agency while living in Austin, Texas.

Cheryl Hellmann Brady
Production & Operations | Licensing Manager
Cheryl, Olivia's mom, likes to say she's where Olivia gets her creativity from. Throughout the years Cheryl has dabbled in jewelry making, scrapbooking, and even picked up soap making one year for Olivia's birthday. She really is a jack of all trades!
Though she went to school for Finance and later became an Attorney, Cheryl has found new routes in promotional products. She self-owns a promotional products company called Golden Bee in Houston, TX, www.goldenbp.com, and is your go-to for any company or school branded event.Â
Cheryl brings forth a knowledge of production through her deep web of supplier connections around the country and beyond. She arranges all the manufacturing, sampling, and restocking of our products as well as communicating with every University regarding Licensing rights and approvals.
Â
Analise Hellmann
Design & Production Consultant
Analise is Cheryl's younger sister by eleven months. Analise has 20+ years of experience in the fashion industry being a buyer, designer, and much more. She's lived in New York, St. Louis, LA, and even Prague. She previously had her own line of silk pajamas, fine linens and scarves. Â
Analise's extensive technical knowledge of garment making has been crucial to the creation of our products. She is great at teaching Olivia and Cheryl the ins and outs of what goes into making silk accessories and has an endless collection of ideas for future product expansion.
Currently, Analise is living in Los Angeles working as a production set designer and her most recent project was for a hit ABC TV show. She enjoys shopping and making her own clothes in her spare time.

Our Team
We are thrilled to have a small but mighty pair of individuals packaging orders from our office in Houston, Texas!
Â
Brooke Maham
Fulfillment Assistant | team@saturdaysilks.com
Brooke is a Texas A&M graduate and current elementary school teacher. Brooke grew up as a neighbor of the Bradys and worked with Olivia at a local Houston boutique, Renovate, while they were both in school. After spending her day educating, she oversees the fulfillment of our online and wholesale orders. She also performs a lot of behind the scenes work, like serving as a Customer Service representative via email and prepping what sometimes feels like an endless amount of twilly boxes. We couldn't do it without her!
Â
Tessa Maloy
Fulfillment Assistant | team@saturdaysilks.com
Tessa is currently a Senior at Stratford High School and like Brooke, grew up down the street from the Bradys (we keep it close around here!) Tessa works after school on making sure each order gets to your doorstep safely and securely. She is quickly becoming a twilly boxing pro! We love having her in the office and will miss her dearly when she heads off to college next year rocking one of our scarves.
